In high school, Jill was overweight, out of shape and generally unhealthy. She was on the swim team and ran track. She was so bad at running, she switched to the “shot put”. Her swim competitions were grueling. She entered college and experienced headaches, fatigue and lack of motivation. Her academics suffered. After a routine visit to the doctor, she learned she had high cholesterol (258). At age 19, she decided to “turn her life around” and become more healthy, productive and successful. Her cholesterol decreased to 185 from diet and exercise alone. Let her share some secrets and motivation techniques to” turn your life around” today. “Being alive is a gift, living life healthy is a choice.”

  • Jill is expert at providing practical training and advice for the Imogene Pass Run. She has best practices down to a science. Of equal significance, she helped me discover how to actually enjoy training and racing by learning how to benefit mentally from the time outdoors becoming physically fit. Jill’s support and help in reaching this goal – a goal I NEVER imagined possible for myself – empowered me in a way I will always be thankful for

    Emo Overall, Telluride
  • Working with Jill helped me achieve my goals, even surpass them! I could not have completed my first 1/2 marathon without her! The last mile was so hard and I couldn’t have made that mile without her coaching. Seeing Jill at the finish line was the best!

    Tiffany Osborne, Telluride
  • I got out yesterday for a run and it was invigorating. I’m so thrilled to be on this path of taking better care of myself and finally making time for me to exercise. Thanks so much for all your enthusiasm and support. I ran in my first race ever on January 1st. It was a breeze! I would have never ever, ever, considered doing this six months ago. Yeah to Jill and 180 Wellness!

  • I am a better person because of my wife Jill. Her energy and motivation is contagious and I’m lucky to be around her every day.
